It is quirky hotel with a view over courtyard. The staff are best and the room is huge and trendy. The location is incredible, the breakfast is generous and satisfactory. You can relax at Double Standard, located nearby.

ive stayed here before & will again its a good b&b staff very friendly, very comfy bed, lovely full english. its just across the road from kings cross so excellant location.

The single room was compact but had everything you needed, kettle, water, toiletries etc. Staff were lovely & very helpful when I had an issue with the safe.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The staff was very friendly and nice. The price is great given it's central location in London and english breakfast included.
It's a bit noisy outside at night. Unavoidable 'coz it's just opposite to the train station.

All the employees were outstandingly accommodating. The breakfasts were lovely with poached eggs, cereal and also baked beans. The hotel's location was FAVOURABLE, short walk to visiting London using Kings Cross / St Pancras and surprisingly quiet. Furthermore, very close to centre so easy travelling.

The beds were clean and comfortable, the towels smelt fresh, there was ample hot food for breakfast.
The bathroom, there was mould behind the taps, and it was in desperate need of modernization.

The location was excellent as we were travelling by Eurostar to Europe Other facilities were unimportant as there are many restaurants and bars nearby.The room was clean albeit a little "tired" and rather compact but we did not expect anything else for the price.Staff were courteous and helpful.
